Talked a lot with a Schaeffer CLS rep today, I won't run anything else. They offer racing oils with extra zinc in them, and the key ingredient moly which provides a barrier that eliminates friction tremendously.

I would check them out for yourself.

We have a new hotrod diesel engine oil that truly is boosted with ZDDP, our conventional formula is pretty reasonable price-wise, especially if you use your CompD5 coupon code and save 5%.

Spectro 20w50, my shop is a dealer for it. You can defiantly tell that its slipperier than any of the regular off the shelf oils like the Amsoil or the Rotella.

That being said, talk to any engine builder and they will say Brad Penn is the best oil you can buy

x2 on Brad Penn, run it in the bike, mower and whatever else I can. Actually get it cheaper locally ($5.75/qt) than what Jegs sells it for.

If my truck wasn't a roller cam I'd run it.

Schaeffers 5w-50. I've ran for the last 20k. I love the stuff! It doesn't have a high TBN, so plan on changing it more often. Of course for a dedicated puller, that's hardly an issue.

I run like 30ish PSI at idle and the relief kicks in at like 75. Also running the Petersen relief setup

Call me on this, this is what happen to US BC we were not diligent enough in checking the correct flow and PSI.
