suncoast apps re-ground TPS codes?

Did the suncoast APPS ground rewire for the TC cycling issue. It solved my issue, I was a happy camper after years of dealing with that OBNOXIOUS in and out of lock up problem.

Recently the trans was replaced (TC was stalling engine.) Trans shop put a new one in and it hasn't been right since. Runs about 30 degrees hotter than my last one, doesn't want to shift from 1-2 until 2600 rpms. Trans shop says rewire or bad APPS/TPS is the issue. However, after I did the rewire (with old trans) I checked my codes and found some for TPS low voltage. It was still shifting and driving normally. The problem with the shifting started after the trans was replaced. Granted, apps issue needs solved either way I'm just having a hard time understanding why that reground would drag my rpms out and through the roof before shifting with the new trans but not the old...? Any input? Anyone else have TPS voltage issues after performing suncoast apps reground?
