Function over form, the complete restoration

This build is awesome. Great attention to detail.

Glad that bumper worked out for ya! Looks great on there

It's been a loooong time since I've been on here. Just been to darn busy with other projects. Thought I'd update a tiny bit since it's driving is pretty nice so far. I've put almost 2000 miles on it so far and so far so good. Seems like the tranny is pretty tight for some reason. Lavon Miller didn't think to much of it when I was down there for a timing bump so I'll keep running it. Got it almost tuned in now and pushing a good 50psi of boost and a max egt of 1450, and let me say its fuuuun haha. Anyways nobody want to listen to me talk so here are some updated pics.

Looks good. I was excited when I saw the red cab cut to a convertible. That would have been super bad ass!

Well small update. 11/2/14. The truck is doing great but I'll need to install the other battery. The cold is playing hell on the one battery and getting it to start. Rather throw in the second for safe measure. The biggest update is that the truck has been shot for Diesel Power World Magizine!! I went to Firepunks diesel dirt drags a few months back and talked to a photographer that was there from the magizine. He was really intersted in it so he did a photo shoot! Took about 25-30 pics so it seems pretty good chance they might use it. No telling if it will actually be in the mag or not but it was really pretty cool!! So anywho, its now on 37's..Goodyear MTR's. I traded straight up for my 35" MTZ's. When he shot it for the mag it was still on the 35's though.

Crappy cell pics but you get the idea. Still has good power with the 37's but you can tell that there is alot for tire there for sure. Would be nice to have 4.10's though.
