It's a lot of work to be completely honest with you if you plan on doing it be prepared.
Aside from mounting the pump I really don't think it's as much work as you're led to believe. There's already an after market ECU that can control the governor on these pumps.

What ecu is that? I didn't know there was one.

DSL1
The ECU is made for controlling EDC governors and those typically have static timing but it can also be configured for a VP37 rotary pump with dynamic timing so I’m sure it could be configured for an H-pump. Reach out to Baldur, real helpful guy.
