lost throttle and seems to be misfireing
like the title says i lost throttle then cel came on also i have replaced the icp ipr but it still seems to missfire or loose power for just a sec but continues to do it when throttle is in a constant place doesnt do it when excelerating or slowing down. about 55 is the worst.

possibly the high pressure oil pump or maybe you have a bad injector.

Possibly check the under valve cover harness. The plug is known to come loose under the valve cover. Ford acually makes a shim to fix this. Or you can cut the edges off a quarter and use it. Much cheaper. Find someone that can do a injector buzz test. That will tell alot too.

problem solved took it to the local stealership and they said they are gona try and reflash pcm but is not i have to get a new one thanks to all who helped

If the CEL came on then there should be a code, I would bet a CPS if it dies and refires going down the road but without being able to look at the pcm data your are just throwing parts at will
