2003 f-250 6.0 oil guage doesnt rise while cranking.

Ok replaced all the high pressure orings in the oil rail and nade sure there is oil coming to the oil filter. I have oil coming up to the filter takes about 10 secs for it to fill up. Still no start when hot and oil guage doesn't move. Anymore ideas?

Get the air fitting adapter and add 100psi air to the HPO system.

Remove Serp. Belt. If your kickstand is intact it's a 1 min. job.
Remove balancer bolts
Remove balancer. It slides off without a puller.
Remove lpop bolts and lpop cover.
Pull lpop gerotor gears out and inspect. See any scaring? Like a approximately 10 mm straight line? If you do, that's very bad.
Look at front cover and lpop cover for any scarring.

Before you do this, remove the lpop regulator. Takes 20 seconds. Big Allen wrench socket. Facing the front of the engine, it's located to the right of the balancer about 2-3 o'clock. I have seen the spring broken or stuff jamming it up.

Got the pressure done found was still leaking at my new injector so I took it out and got them to warranty it and put a new one in and it runs fine now. Thanks for all the advice and help.
