Strange 48re issue

Built 48re is making a rhythmic pulsing whining noise with a vibration I can feel in the floor board that increase with speed. Also under light pedal from a stop it shifts out of 1st quickly to 2nd then kicks back to 1st for a split second and back to 2nd and proceeds normal from there. Under moderate throttle it shifts normal. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Tbh it sounds like one of your driveshafts is the vibration and the trans could have some metal in the valve body sticking a valve or could have a gov/transducer issue or something else more complex.
