removing haze from Fiberglass

Hey guys, my boat is looking a little chalky, whats the best way to get the fiberglass shiny again, wetsand???? or just a good polish and a buffing wheel?
 
A company called Star Brite makes all kinds of boat washes, polishes, etc. They have a "fiberglass restorer" that allegedly works quite well... :)
