Prayers needed for my 4 dead friends families

My friends and their families need some extra prayers. Please say a little something for them.

Ofc. Hege is on life support but is pretty much gone from us.

One more Swat officer was struck in the shoulder and did not know it. He's fine except for dealing with whats left over for the rest of us.

I'm proud to say that some of my best friends killed the SOB hiding in a closet clinging to his SKS.

Sgt. Romans, Sgt. Saki, Sgt Dunakin and Ofc. Hege were the best at what they did and will be missed.

I only hope the Oakland community gets there heads out of their collective arses and figures out they are not doing things right.

My thoughts out to the department, you, and their families. May they rest in peace.
 
As a fellow member of the law enforcement community it is very tough to hear news like this. My prayers are with the men and their families.

The body armor would not have helped. These were all head/neck shots. The two swat guys were fully geared up. One of my buddies took a pistol round to his shoulder and his helmet and did not know it.

As far as the crowd......typical east oakland. There are tuns of good people, just way to many bad ones.

Now we find out Mixon was the suspect in a rape case (positive DNA match). He did a murder in 07 that we could not prove due to a lack of witness.
 
Services will be held on Fri 27th at Oakland Arena 1100. Expect to be 20k+ there.

What a hard week so far, 4 viewings/wakes. Not enough time in the day to make it through. Its horrible when you loose one officer, but four in one day. I saw some of the kids today.......oh man was that hard.

Now the Suspect has been linked to 4 more rape cases. The DNA match was from a 12y old victim who was dragged into an empty garage.
