EFI tune for cummins ecm with unknown program?

I've got an ECM that runs a cummins 6.7. I believe it was from a 2007 dodge truck with everything disabled so that it its only controlling the motor (no dash gauges, no security key ,etc. ) Would I be able to get a tune for this via EFI live?
 
I don't see why not.

Seems most everyone now is using EZ link nowadays.
I'll PM you a tuners contact info of you'd like.
 
Actually I've had a slight change of plans. I'd like to experiment on a different ECM first. So I guess I'm looking to buy an ECM that can run my truck then look to tune it. If I brick this ECM without a replacement I'll be toast.
 
I think some racers are using a Bosch motorsports ecm. Not sure if that's what you're after, or if it’s overkill. Thinking firepunk has experience with it.
