Cummins 24 valve CR high ratio Rocker system

I have been busy already in the off-season, and the results are getting close to production parts.
With the recent gains in cylinder heads flow numbers, and the resultant need for lifting the valve .600+, I am going to go in to production with my new rocker systems to work these heads to their fullest potential

. This is not a simple rocker, but a complete rocker system that will replace the rocker stands and rocker arm. The available ratios are 1.65 to 1.90 for the Cummins 24 valve / CR. There will be no pictures at this time, this is a high-end system, and those that need them and want them will have access to the specifications.
This system corrects the geometry problems experienced with the 24 valve /CR with big lift cam profiles

Why don't you wait until you have it finished to make such a post...atleast that way we could see pics...

I will not be showing the public these parts, they are going on several engine programs. if you want a set , and your serious , you will get pictures.
I am just letting people know they are available

Not that I need them, but I'll test a set for ya Greg...or would they be overkill on the cam you sent me? :D

James you haven't got it back together yet. its been a wild year with close to 200 new cams out this year , its the best year yet.
I will have a street version , soon , but the race system is on the fast track for the new 2.6 and 2.8 engine programs that Tommy is working on for this season.

Ill get some pictures up at some point.

Na still waiting on head work in getting bottom end back from machine shop. Will this work with rest of parts we worked on for my truck.

yes , I’ve been using Roller Bearings on Cams for 20 years now , I use the in the First real Cummins Engine I build 5 years ago, here are the new springs and matching Titanium retainers alongside my standard 110 dual valve springs and matching Titanium retainers for Cummins

springs

same retainer? different spring? is that needed for the larger lift cam or the rocker system?

SANTA MUST HAVE DROPPED MY ROCKERS OFF TO SOMEONE ELSE.:hehe::poke:

No the spring is larger , so its a retainer I designed , it also requires a valve I designed that is .200 longer , and in sizes from 1.300 stock to 1.450

here are the valves ,

There is a lot more to calculating valve reliefs then just how much does this can need.
Compression and quench is very critical to making hp up high.
The design behind the new rocker system is to minimize the amount needed. The new cam design will give over .600 lift, with never before achieved “area under the curve numbers “

The cam design in my 6000-rpm Cummins need typically .060 additional cut. If your needing to cut any more then .075 to .100 then you cam design is poor and has way too big seat numbers .006.
The cam design is in at 110 CL and has a 121 LSA .

what type of material are the valves??? whats the cost on a set? just the intake or exhaust needed?

Greg sent you a few pm on some fastners that i need etc. waiting on a reply want to keep getting my parts from the same source. Please get me some input
Thanks
Jordan James

The rockers I am doing are not not avalable to anyone else , and include a compleat stands system, these are not street systems , but for high rpm compitition engines .
