Have a Destroked 12v to ZF5(diesel) adapter plate for sale. Everything is fine with it. Only used for about 2k miles before doing an automatic swap. Perfect for an OBS Ford cummins swap

Ill get back to you on the price to ship, but it uses a ford 6.0l starter and dodge 6 speed flywheel and dodge pressure plate with a ford 1-1/4" clutch.(I believe)

South bend can hook you up or destroked can tell you exactly the combo to use.

Was interested in your adapter plate if purchased could you give us some info on what clutch starter and flywheel you were using
