F-550 Cummins 13 Speed Eaton Fuller
Hi everyone,
My name is Braden, I’m based out of Winnipeg, MB Canada.
I run a small business shipping cars/equipment locally and across Canada.
I began a few years ago when I bought my Superduty. Since then I’ve put on hundreds of thousands of kilometres from Vancouver BC to Montreal QC.
Here’s my rig, built it myself with help from some friends.
It started as a plain Jane 2008 F550 with a box. (My preference)
This past year I converted pretty well every moving part front to back to make it the rig of my dreams.
I took a ISB Cummins out of a Kenworth T-370 I got at a local semi wrecker, rebuilt it and dropped it in my truck.
The engine:
ISB Cummins
ARP everywhere w/ARP 625 Studs.
Fire ringed head
Steed speed centre 45* exit manifold with a turbo smart wastegate.
S364.5 .90 Turbocharger
Pusher intake
Industrial Injection nozzles
Fass titanium lift pump w/sump in cab & chassis tank.
Trans:
Eaton-Fuller Rtlo 16713a
2” Input shaft with a Haldex clutch. SAE #2 bellhousing & a #2 ISC pot style flywheel
Pretty much stock, it’ll handle really anything.
Drivetrain:
255/70 R22.5 Goodyear Endurance RSA steer tires
&
255/70 R22.5 Goodyear G622 Drives
Rear diffferential has been changed to a P22060S 3.55 Ratio with diff lock
It’s on Hendrickson air ride in rear (auto levelling) and factory spring in front
Rear wheels are direct bolt on, fronts have adaptors.
It has a Bendix AD-IS air dryer and a 1 gal aux tank for susp and trans supply.
All my aftermarket parts ie. Fass pump, studs & all ARP hardware, fire ring gaskets etc etc were purchased at my local performance shop & good friend of mine, amazing guy to deal with!
Jeff Martel
Evolution Drivetrain & Diesel, Winnipeg MB
Here’s some pictures of the rig.
Hope you enjoyed the write up!
I’ll attach a video soon!

Nice rig, that shifter needs a cup holder.
Any engine compartment pictures?

I dig it! How's the mileage without the trailer?

Not a huge fan of the shifter but the 22.5s make up for it.
I love me some Fummins!!

That's awesome. Was it a zf6 truck to start? What did you do for the electronics side of things? Any underhood pics? Do you have cruise control?

26-28mpg without trailer, on highway that is. I’m going to change the shifter. Not as good as I thought it would be. Think I’m going to go back to the factory eaton fuller plastic one

No it was an auto, made the conversion harder. Reflashed the ecm and grounded out neutral safety. No cruise yet. Gotta figure it out
