Sure sounds like it slipped inj timing. I wonder if he's looked to see if the Allen bolts slipped in the slots on his adjustable gear.

I have not had time to mess with it sense Sunday should have time Thursday which I’ll check what you guys have suggested an let u know what I find

An my adjustable time gear I have checked that I’m running Powerdriven diesel one that use bolts instead of Allen bolts

I've experienced stock gears slip timing twice while driving down the road. I know you have a keyed adjustable gear, just saying.

Went back and read your 1st post, it was exactly the same symptoms you describe both times.

Check pump timing again, regardless what the holes in the gear line up to.

I’ll check it again cause I agree how it’s acting it slipped timming I had it happen a few times before when I had the stock gear on an it’s acting the same way cause that was my first thought when it happened

The adjustable gear was my issue when I checked the timing I over looked the gear being out of adjust ment Re timed it runs great now thanks for all the help
