94-95 PCM Dodge

I've got a friend looking for a good 94-95 only Dodge PCM for an auto Cummins truck. Or a good reliable business to fix his. Central Florida

I seem to remember an issue back when the 94-95s were new-ish.
There was a TSB out, something about erratic lock up, I believe.
It was a PCM problem.
