Rough Country lift questions

I scored a take off 4-6" lift from a guy for $440 shipped 09 2500HD. Picking it up so cheap will give me some wiggle room for some other stuff. Here are my questions though.

I want to have complete functionality of the truck (parking garages and automatic car washes), which I then assume running 315s are out of the question. Do these lift drop down to a true 4" lift, or is is somewhere in between 4-6"? I would like to run 285s as long as the tires don't look like donuts.

Anyone have a cab height with a 4" lift (285s or 315s), and 6" (with 315s)?

I will be running my stock wheels for the time being because I don't want to spend any coin to get nice wheels since I'll be putting the lift on right before winter. How far does the front stick out? How much of a wheel spacer, if any should I run in the front so I don't have clearance issues? How big of spacers in the rear so they're even?

Any pros and cons to the Rough Country lifts? It does come with the extra support braces as well. Anything I should do above that to make the ride better, lift stronger, etc.

Thanks everyone!
