throttle problems

been searching and havent really found what ive been looking for. im p pumping mine and have (i think) everything to do it. only question i have i i bought a throttle cable from puredieselpower and just wondering how exactly its going to work. my p pump has the bracket the cable goes on but not sure if its going to work bc i was told that since the pump came off a ford dump truck and is a industrial edition that its not the same as one off a dodge truck. is there any truth to this? the truck is a 2000 3500 4x4 5spd.
 
you can make it work or just look for a dodge ppump throttle linkage. might take some modifcations to the brackets or make your own cable mount.
 
I made my own cable mount/bracket and used the original cable. I will get a picture of it tomorrow if you want.
 
industrial motors the ones i have seen there was no threaded holes in the pump to mount the dodge 12v linkage to it they were just solid cast holes nothing there.
