NHRDA and NADM Diesel Fest JUNE 7th and 8TH

We are proud to announce that for the first time ever in diesel motorpsort history both the NADM and NHRDA will be in Wisconson to promote and put on Diesel Fest weekend.

NADM will be providing competition and entertainment on Saturday June 7th with a full day of Sled pulling at Racine County Fairgrounds.

NHRDA will be putting on the Diesel Drags on June 8th at Great Lakes Dragway.

We would like to thank Huckstorf Diesel for inviting both the NHRDA and NADM to this event this should be a action packed weekend from start to finish.

I paid $ 50.00 for Super Street and $ 40.00 Pro 1 brackets. This was at the Division 5 opener. I thought I heard the track pa man say something about the $4K being handed out for the NHDRA diesel race. The only pay outs were from contingency's. Nothing was paid out by the NHDRA. So for $ 37.00 you guys are getting a deal +++ the $4500 in prize money. Good Luck, Steve B.

Tell me Steve- where did you see this or hear this??? No one else heard this at the track as a purse?? Go look in the Division 5 Season Opener thread and look at the first flier advertised-(post # 8) then the updated one-(post #29) neither speak of the 4K purse you speak of......

link- http://www.competitiondiesel.com/for...ad.php?t=26834

Maybe the pa announcer mis-read the contingency winnings for purse? I don't know.

The NHRDA Official Contingency Program Offered the following for the event:

Win Runner up 3rd
MBRP $100.00 $50.00 $25.00 Pro1-Pro2-SS-PS

AFE $100.00 $50.00 $25.00 Pro1-Pro2-SS-PS

BD $100.00 $50.00 $25.00 Pro1-Pro2-SS-PS

NADP $100.00 $50.00 $25.00 Pro1-Pro2-SS-PS

HPC $100.00 $50.00 $25.00 Pro1-Pro2-SS-PS

Spread out through Pro 1, Pro 2, Super Street and Pro Street that's $3500.00 available in contingency winnings.......

Wade Moody went home with $800.00 in contingency money for his wins btw......

This will be my first race with NHRDA so I have no idea how they operate. I have raced quite a bit at Union Grove and know Mark Hucksdorf pretty well. He is a stand up guy and I am sure if he has any thing to do with it it will be on the up and up.

I went out and found my own sponsors...

This is my third year racing with the NHRDA, and I couldn't imagine a better organization to be racing with.

I am thinking about coming down for both days.

Does anyone down that way know of any places to camp close to the fairgrounds? Trying to make it a weekend thing with my boy so Momma will let us go!!!

Travis, There is a campground about 3-4 miles away from both. It is the Bong State park. I think if you google it you can find information and directions.

Hope to see a lot of people there all three days. I live right across the street from the fair grounds and just down the road from the dragstrip. Hope to see everyone there.
