for some crazy reason i just caught wind of this! im franticly trying to get out of work on the 24th now!!! believe me if i have to call in dead i will! dont want to miss this one!!

Duallie dont think im making it MIR had some issues with the truck this past weekend and dont think i have it running satisfactory for the event like i need it too.Plus fuel took a 25 cent hike in one week at all the stations around me and i personally dont think i can foot a 300 dollar fuel bill to come down and make three dyno runs and one day of fun... Money is getting tighter by the day.

Its going to be a tough season all over the place. especially for those who tow their rigs. its between 4.39 and 4.75 around here

Where are you guys staying? I live about 15 minutes outside of La PLata, where most of the hotels are. Didn't know if anyone wanted to get together at one of the local establishments Friday.

Sounds like a game plan to me! I'm stayin' at the Best Western off Crain Highway. I belive Randy, and Jeff are staying there as well.

Is it the one in Waldorf or in La PLata? There are a couple of places to go and hang out and have some cold ones.

Yep, We (Grand Rock) should be pulling in there about 2-2:30ish. After a 7 hour drive, I'll be ready for a good dinner and a couple beers.
