05 5.9 head gasket

To make a long story short, a soft plug came out inside the head which brought me to this point. Soft plugs tapped, exhaust valves in intake spot, larger seats, and some port work. The head was milled. 018 to achieve flatness. Heres my question. The valves are
.040 in the head and my piston protrusion is
.010-.012. I'm going with a .053 MLS gasket. Any idea how to figure what compression ratio will be? I'm still searching myself before it all goes back together.

Stock pistons are still in place.

Thanks guys!
