Might have had a few problems last weekend. But managed second in 5.90 and second in pro limited. Will have it back and happy before the next race.

Austin is that his 4 valve piston design? ( cant quite see full bowl pic if you have one)

And what timing was this set for?

Additionally how much spray?

Need more pics for reference

How many extra pistons you order on that order?

Looks like cr. I'm thinking injector nozzle converted to blow torch.

It’s a custom 2 valve piston. Bowl is somewhat out of picture as it’s not my design to share kinda deal. But readily available through Weston @infinite performance.

Timing is 32*

I had a .035 on wide with the TPS.

I actually only ordered the 2. If it tears up again I am going common rail. I love the mechanical stuff to death but run into a predicament. Only class I fit in is 5.90. No desire to run pro street. But I want to mess up the local gas small tire stuff so I need the ability to really lean on the truck and go much faster . Mechanical engines are not nearly as easy to make these kinda changes ect.
Essentially all the people around me aside from Weston are all common rail guys so I have very little engine help.

Injectors were perfect. It just was at 7k with nitrous on and no load.

I do have a logger. Racepak. Amazing the data you can get from all of that. I run a maximizer 5 but never ramp stuff in. With multiple kits I will sometimes delay it a bit but the truck likes hitting the tires and is actually quicker when it all just comes on.

Spray was small no need to ramp harder the hit the more the chassis bites

It’s more my sponsors then anything. Honestly I just wanna to go fast. I don’t want to be building and trying when I can be racing.

Ha, I had no part in it but I do like seeing CR swapped 2nd gens, I have always been a CR fan and its nice to see them becoming more dominant. IDK why, but I thought Austins truck had been CR swapped for a while, I am impressed how well he did the P-pump for sure.

I like how clean a CR can run at 4 digit power. Keep us posted on the new setup.

For a mechanical truck I will say this is as clean as many common rails. Maybe not the first 60 feet but it cleans up well. This is more about being able to change power setups in excess of 500 hp quickly

Honestly wouldn’t have been possible without Weston. He was the brains behind the Hp in the truck. I would hate to know the hours of conversations we have had trying to make the truck better and better over the last 4 years. I honestly owe it all to him. If it wasn’t for wanting to race more then 5.90 I know I could make that engine very strong in an index class.

I love seeing that. It used to be any pro-level class it was hard to catch the timing boards in the smoke before they turned off.
