Does anything actually take oil stains off of concrete?

Does anything really work better than just grinding kitty litter into it?

Any snake oil I've ever used lightens the stain but also lightens everything around the stain so like what's the point?

What's the secret sauce? Pressure washer full of acetone? Just coat the whole slab with oil so it's not apparent? Flamethrower?

Hydrochloric acid can do pretty good, but it takes attention. Need to cover the stain EXACTLY, watch for lightening to closely match surroundings, rinse off quickly...
Then go back over the whole area with a much weaker solution. Like 15%

"Muriatic"... Consumer name for diluted hydrochloric acid. So, yup.
Don't breathe the vapors, even if it's the diluted "hardware store" type. It sucks. Keep it away from anything aluminum! Lol
