Starter is spinning solenoid is bad,worth repairing?

I purchased a ford 6.0 powerstroke starter online[/URL] at cost of $67 amd it worked good for one and a half years.I am satisfied with this starter which has affordable price and used to work fine for a long time for my ford truck.
But yesterday I found the starter was cranking the truck now it is just spinning and the solenoid is bad.
Is it worth repairing ? Or buy another ford 6.0 starter to replace this one?

If the starter is spinning the solenoid is good....... Maybe I read wrong
