4L80E questions

Ive been looking into a 4L80E for a regular cab long bed 2wd(might cut it down to a shortbed later) F250. Its getting my 12v out of my "puller that never got finished" thats in the 500hp range but will go up as time and funds allow but with a max 700-800hp. It will be a street/strip truck and after alot of research, i would like to give a 4l80e a try. I just havent found alot of info on here or YB on whats needed shaft and other upgrade wise in regards to a diesel versus what the gasser guys are doing. Id appreciate any info that will help me decide on what parts are needed to make it survive. Also, what adapter is everyone running? The stock Cummins?GM out of a breadtruck or do i need to go to someones custom adapter? What about the tilt/non-tilt business? Thanks in advance!!!

I would talk to Mike Wood at Nitrous Express, he had one at c.900rwhp in his Dmax Mustang with no issues. I think AHall has it now.

I was thinking he was. I knew he had a 4L80E sitting for his truck!
