Pulling clutch (southbend twin disk/ Iron)

This clutch came with a ZF6 setup that I purchased. I have no need for such a clutch as my truck pull nothing but a flats boat or two motocross bikes down the road. haha.

It was setup for a 12v Cummins with a Ford ZF6 transmission. From what I understand, Kevin (mech2161 on here) did the conversion. I was told this clutch had low miles but I have no means of telling just how many is on it. The clutch does look like it has very little wear at all though. Peter at Southbend said this should sell easy for $1200 or so.

$1000 plus shipping (I will build a nice wooded crate for it)

Thanks
Mike

The pilot bearing is a 6303 2RSR which measures out to 47mm x 14mm x 17mm shaft.

Is the input shaft snapped on the zf? What type of zf6 is it, a 650 or? I'm in the market for on but the splines on the disk looks chewed up good. Is it sfi approved. What is the pressure plate rated for? I'll give you 200 right now lol not a fan of south bend, after being assure my Sb would have no problem handling what I was gonna throw at it, I dropped a 1000 only to have it blow to pieces after two weeks of daily driving and one pull, now I use valair or luk clutches. But I'll give you 200

It came from a 2000. No, the input shaft was not damaged. This clutch worked perfectly when pulled. And it's worth way more than $200...

I'm open to negotiations on the price but, $200 is way out of line.

Thanks
Mike

It takes more than a low ball offer to get me bent. hahaha

I would entertain $800 plus shipping.

Thanks
Mike

Bump, I sure would like to sell this clutch soon so I can get a street clutch ASAP.

I am designing my own adapter plate and I need the clutch and flywheel to start taking measurements.

Here is the deal, $800 plus I will cover half of shipping which after just checking is going to be $100 plus for USP or fedex ground. If it does not sell before the weekend, I am going to send it to SouthBend as Peter has already offered me a great deal on it towards a new clutch.

Thanks
Mike

Why not call Dan or Gary or Nick at Val Air Inc as it is actually a Val Air clutch? The little orange decals say

Val Air Inc
Pressure plate side

Val Air Inc
Flywheel Side

And see what kind of deal they would make you on it and a new clutch.
