With proper setup and tuning you can daily drive them no problem. The picture I posted is on a customers 1,000hp+ daily driver.

I’m running a Engineered Turbo 6 blade billet wheel in my s475/87 and it sounds and operates pretty awesome. but I think removing the velocity stack deal on the race cover made a difference. Wonder what the comparison would be vs your six shooter wheel.

I maybe wrong here but my 5.9 at 5000rpm sounds a hell of a lot rowdier than this... his is a 6.7 so maybe but that doesn’t sound like a hard limiter. I live in California and can attest to the roads though

Flowed more based on what? Dyno numbers or tested on an actual gas test stand?

Lol @ megalongturd for trying to hate on a clean 9 sec truck because it doesn’t meet your iPhone video sound standards. We get it, your not a fan of II, move on.

The sound from the turbo isn’t the loudest, no. The cover II decided to use on my particular Six Shooter is properly matched for smooth air flow to the face of the comp wheel. The more efficient the air flow is to an induction wheel, the quieter it gets.

The sounds my truck made in that video was from zero traction starting in 2nd and letting off in 4th still without traction. The oscillation in the sound is a bit of road and a bit of limiter. I personally like the sound of the turbo and more importantly I’m very impressed with the spool characteristics for being a 96/1.15 turbine setup.

I did not buy this turbo for all out power, I bought it for fun street use. I have an FI ETR88 single for race use that supports the big power.
