B&P Part number: 2 418 455 402
DV Part number: 2 418 552 159

You will want to pull a dv holder to be sure, but if the pump has 11mm b&p's then it would only be good as a core to send to a pump shop and have 13's installed.

dose the pump turn to the right? or is it supposed to be put on a right hand engine?

will just any ol pump shop be able to do the 13mm stuff?

3700 series, but you left one number off...it should be a 4 digit number after the RS

the pumps spins right-hand...same as your factory pump (clockwise).

Not all pump shops are created equal ...do a search on here or PM me

Also, the 13's for the 2000 and 3000 series pumps are cheaper than the 7000 series. I personally don't think they are as good of design, but the Germans behind the designs are way smarter than me, and a whole bunch of tractors run them nationwide

To be honest I don't think there is any major difference between the 7100, 72, 73, 74, etc. series. The major differences are between the 2000, 3000, and 7000 series.

No, it's nothing special. They make just as good of a core for a big pump as the 12mm pumps do though. If I can figure out how to denote what profile the cams have, I'll let you know which yours has. Some have a "quick" cam in factory set-up, so that could possibly save you some money in building it. The factory quick cam is usually only 10mm lift, while the good regrind quick cams are 12mm lift...so you can take that for what it's worth.

Depends on the application, but most 2000 and 3000 pumps are 10mm lift whether the quick cam profile or not.

I get the info from working at a pump shop. I rebuild these everyday, and build the high performance ones often too

Here's a plug for Comp-D...I doubt you'll find another site out there with pump guys who will give you helpful info like there are on here. I'm not alone as I know at least one guy from CDS is on here as well as a couple others.

I have a question for you CTDyounggun, I've have a good used P3000 pump off of a piece of heavy equipment (I think). It's got a RSV governor housing on it with an AFC mounted on top. Should I use it like this or should I swap out the RSV with a RQV-K from a junk p7100? Is it even possible? If I do use it, is there any way to find out what CPL it is so that I can time it(need to know what mm = what degree BTDC).

Ok,

First off, that pump has 11mm barrels and plungers, so I would recommend saving it as a core to have 13's installed (In your second picture, the two numbers following the PES6P denote the b&p size).

If you were to try and use this (street use) you should definitely have an RQV governor swapped onto it. However, the intermediate govenor cover (off a p7100) pump will more than likely NOT work on that pump. The 3000 and 7000 series pumps use a different bolt pattern and different diameter bearing in the back of the pump housing. It is possible, it just requires a different housing altogether.

Now, if you still want to know timing, I can check for you tomorrow at work.

Damn. Thank you very much for the info. As far as the timing, don't even worry about it. I've got a screwed up 215hp P7100 and an unusable P3000, maybe I can send them both to you and get one good pump out of the mix. Thanks for your time.
