I just picked up a 2002 t case from a 24v with an auto. Will the drive shaft yoke match the t case ?

Then tell me why I have found numerous 2001-2002 6 speed 3500s, with the 245hp 5.9, with DLD transfer cases in them, through the years?
It's also supported by Hollander's junkyard application as being a possible combination.
Many manufacturers will slap anything together to kick it out the door, unless it's special order.

To the OP, if you guys find you need a PTO drive for an NP241DHD, I have one sitting on the shelf.
I also have one that bolts onto a Dodge NV4500, or a later Chevy NV4500.
