Same here- I hear that it stacks well with most everything.
You may also want to look at the Stg. II Predator by Dr. Performance.
Those are a pretty nice piece.

They are very cool. Lots of smoke but a good trade off for tuning. It works perfectly with the EDGE.

Raschein,

In a word YES!!! The main reason we got into selling them is for folks like you that re stacking different products, for that they are excellent. They have a number of different programs with or without timing and allow you to pretty much play around till you get what you want etc. If you have questions on them or just need one call us, we'll be lgad to help you on it.

Mine is on order My first box for this truck! I just put a Commander in to monitor everything, so I am happy and excited. Should be great fun!

Dump the EZ if you are getting a Smarty and use the Smarty tune with timing.

The Smarty has better static timing then the EZ does, and you don't need both.

I can't seem to find an easy answer online..

I'm certain that it does timing on the VP trucks, but I cannot find out for sure if it does on the CR engines.

Try it both ways and see if you have any weird noises with the "extra" timing.

What about the smarty, I am not familiar with this piece. What exactly does it consist of (just a pressure box)?
It seems to work well with almost anything and I was curious why?

thanks

Bob,

where are you located at? I might be in the area in a couple of days! It would be possible to pick on up sometime!
