DANA 80 8x200 to 8x170 swap
Thought I'd post a couple pics as I start this swap. The rear is a 07 Ford DANA 80 with 8x200 lug pattern. I'm going to have the hubs machined to 8x170 to match what I have now. Not to mention that you can't find single wheels for the 8x200 and used steel dually wheels are over $100 each.
The rear has 4:10's so I'm going to regear the front 60 from the 3:73's. I need to get a locker, axles and a drive shaft flange before I swap it in. I'll add more pictures and information as I get more done.

If you get a D80 off a DRW F350 from 1999-2004, they are 8x170, which is what I did on my truck!

After more time checking dimensions there are no axles available unless you go with a custom made piece. The axle flange bolt pattern was changed at the same time the wheel pattern changed. The 99-03 Ford flange is the same as the Dodge with the exception of bolt size. Dodge uses 7/16 and The Ford is 12mm. By redrilling the holes they use the same axle. The bolt spacing is like 3.8" center to center. The 07 and up Ford 80 is like 4.08".
