Well guys! She is complete. Just took it out for a test drive and I am nothing but pleased. Though I did pop a boot nothing was damaged. I am welding lips to hold the boots on tomorrow. I will take it out for more testing tomorrow after that's done and report back

Just tested the truck a bunch. Will have to do some tuning to get her all dialed in. She sure does sound good and that cat is a screamer

Sorry rdpsmoker didn't see your post. I am lookin at 70 psi at the moment. 30 from the cat and 40 from wh1c. I need more fuel to spin the cat faster. 1.42ar housing is a bit large for my fueling mods

Sounds like you need to waste gate the h1c before you pop it.

Based on 14.7 AP the H1C is running a PR of 1.9, or 13 psi if it was running as a single being fed atmospheric pressure.
You see 40 from it because it is fed 30 from the CAT turbo.
30+14.7 x 1.9=84.93
Subtract 14.7 for your gauge and you get 70.23 psi.

Yeah that 1c is pushin way to much air. I just haven't gotten around to gating it down.
Ctd2500 so what does that actually mean as far as psi out of the 1c? I'm not huge on pressure and math

You H1C is running at a 1.9 PR meaning the outlet pressure is 1.9x the inlet pressure.
So as a single it is pushing 14.7 x 1.9=27.93-14.7=13.23
In compounds it is fed 30 psig so 30+14.7=44.7x1.9=84.93-14.7=70.23
I get 1.9 by dividing your total PR by the primary PR.

Your getting around 13.5psi out of the H1C, not 40.

Considering going back to single mainly because I get bore and have to build something new. Compounds are cool an all but building overpowers that. I'm not for sure on whether or not I want to swap back but if I do, my kit will be up for sale so I can buy a nice mani and charger
