Well i was messing around with exhaust seats seeing how big we could go with valves and i hit water. Test results are going to be pushed back a week or so. I apologize for the delay.

178cfm oem head...
Hd 24v 6.7
1.34 valves

.100 109 cfm
.200 186cfm
.300 235cfm
.400 260 cfm
.500 248 cfm

1.5" valve flows same.. port opening is limiting factor. Intake shelf comes off tomorrow. Also these are numbers with no porting.... as cast with valve job blended to port...

Those are some big numbers for an as cast head. Regardless if they seem high, tested on the same bench under the same conditions as the stock one it's still showing an 80cfm gain. Which is huge percentage wise.

1.495" valve was 334cfm at .500" lift with a decent hand port.

Here are a few cutaway pics of the model. We have made the last change to the heads where they were breaking through close to the connector tube. Final samples are in process before production will start. I apologize, but it looks like photobucket makes upgrade to pro to do 3rd party hosting. Ill try to get them uploaded on another platform.
