Difference between gmax5-2 and gmax 5-3

When I look at the suncoast website it seems like the only difference between the two kits is the gmax5-3 comes with a complete paper and rubber kit and the 5-2 just comes with a few gaskets. Is this correct? Just seems like there must be something else for the 300 difference in price.
