Get Moroso brand. flows alot better than hardblok. Get 4 jugs.

not sure on that one, If I had to guess I'd say no considering it's been around for a long time and I don't think they've ever changed it.

They are both grout based, but I've personally had better luck with the moroso brand. Summit sells a kit with 4 gallons for about 60 bucks.

I have a small concrete vibe that I bolt to the deck and run for about 5min after its filled.

Just go to the local adult store, im sure they would have a vibrator that could fill your needs.

Through the thermostat area and out at the back of the head at the large pipe thread port.

Plumb the head at opposite ends and and run electric water circulator......
