Doin a little maint....

Hidy all...
Finally had time to pull my truck back in the shop.. to flush out the cooling system. Ended up Pulling the radiator, just wanted to take it into town to get checked while I was at it. I plannin on goin a little deeper and pullin my timing cover to check on the status of my KDP. Ive got a pretty bad oil leak coming from some where up front Im goin to try an run that one down while I can get to it.... op: Yall have any ideas what to look at as to what might be causing my oil leak. I figure it the front seal.. Im not for sure yet.
Any ways if yall have any ideas as to what else I can check this weekend just holler... ill be in the shop....:Cheer:

front seal is usually a big culprit. when you're tabbing the KDP, clean/locktite/tighten all of the timing case bolts one at a time, and you really should do the same with the cam retainer bolts as well.

yeah, they'll eat up the cam gear/timing gears in a hurry if one backs out!
