NEED cummins rod help

I have been reading threads like crazy lately on parts for building a high horse power 12valve, but i need some help with connecting rods. D oes any one have a part number for MARINE 12valve rods? or know where i can get them. If i cant find marine rods i WAS told to get brazil, england or US rods, soposedly there all the same, but i dont know anything about them. I have read NOT to use the rods that are in my 1989 first gen short block, that they were lighter weight. I have also read that japanese rods are light weight too. But then i get on the next thread and theres people saying there all virtually the same.

So what i would really like is some PICTURES, part numbers, and/or someone with 100% acurate answers.

And i WILL be polishing, croing, and balancing them no matter what i end up using.
