This is fixed! There was a loose wire in the odb port. Was not a smarty problem at all. Sorry smarty guys.

When you say loose, what do you mean? My truck is doing the same thing, but I still havent figured out the problem. All my wires in the port have slight play in them.

Not sure, thats what I was told. I had a friend who is a dodge mechanic look at it and that is what he said.
