I can't say exactly what springs I'm running. I would have to guess comp or manely. They was on a head I had done a few years back, after cutting the spring pockets and valve job I ended up with 160 lbs of seat pressure. Used retainers. I can dig up more info if you like Ghostman.

Comps web site is great u can get the info u need there the locks are the hard part I think 632 was the number for the locks i used, they are for ls1 motor the bead is a little smaller and i make no claims that they will work only that they fit my set up.
