Any ideas on how to correct the misalignment using this compressor?

Well..... I decided to go ahead and coat the turbine housing.
I also had to take a slight detour on the transmission. I went to replace the pump housing seals. Killed a friction, then I went over to Kingspeed to get help setting up the clutch packs and discovered that direct was toast. So ended up building those two clutches. I also went ahead and jumped on a DPC converter. Got the trans closed up today. Challenge of the day. I need this sensor on the hot side of the thermostat.

I'm going to look at the temp sensor from a Powerstroke, but the plug is different.

The preferred mount location is to replace one of these plugs with a sensor that is Ford ecm/cluster compatible

What's the preferred location to connect to when prelubing a 6.7? I want to do this for initial startup, and also for a vehicle installed preluber I've been thinking about building.

I pre oil a 5.9 at the oil filter housing thru the turbo oil fitting then oil turbo separate. With a pneumatic pressure type Oiler. Should be same on 6.7.

Back at it. I plan to crate run the engine this weekend. I have to sort out some version of a fuel system. Tentative plans for transplant next weekend.

Wiring: miscommunication led to stripping the loom from the original harness and rewiring a good deal of what I had done, but I also had the chance to improve on some things.
Carbon Fiber Tech Flex.

I bought a power steering pump, and less than 12 hours later a co-worker hands me one for free. The picture is me pulling the Ford pulley partially off to clear the dodge pump mount bracket.

I don't have pictures, but I have the belt run, I got an AC compressor for an 06 and it will not bolt to my 03-05 ACC bracket. I have to sweet talk the parts house on that one.

Lots to do still.

Glamour shot from work.

Thank you.

That harness looks silly where it is. I had it pulled out of place to pin the ECM connector. I will get pics of its final resting place.

Anyone know the official title for the xip tie anchors that go in threaded holes? They work like Christmas tree fender fasteners.

Tapatalk is being stupid.

Fir tree zip tie anchors

Got my AC comp, PS pump mounted, belt on.

Caitlyn is mounted.

The beta anteater harness was eleventy billion feet long. I cut it down and added a duetch connector at the bell housing.

Anteater is mounted to the block with uhmw polymer to air gap it from the block (so Joe farmer doesn't send me hate mail)

Downpipe. Tight fit with the dipstick on the trans. Stainless diesel piece. It angles down and out (out of square on two planes).
I expect to have to mod it, so it's not that big a deal.

The jamo exhaust is 4" for the first 3 feet, so I'm hoping to knock that out with minimal effort.

I disappeared the harness I had for my apps, and I'm not engineering a 2 micron fuel system just to run ~15 minutes in my garage. Since I'm doing my fummins swap, I've been toying with how to enable cruise control. It looks like C2-38 is able to call a specific RPM/map.

Is it possible to have it assume whatever RPM the engine is currently operating at?

Using EFI?

Ordered an entire bag of those zip ties to pretty much use two of them.

I went and got a set of washers. I don't like the thought of the poly bushing on the DCS mounts pressuring down into the slots in the mount.
