I keep going thru center supports for my rear 2 piece driveshaft driveshaft has been rebuilt and balanced could it be bad motor mounts???

Does it vibrate at all after you replace the carrier bearing? Sometimes you can shift the carrier bearing over to the side a little and will solve that. If not I'd be looking for another shaft.

I myself am looking at the one piece driveshaft conversion from drivesfat specialists in Texas. It’s about $700 but I e never heard a complaint from anyone who’s done it and it’s solved a lot of people’s problems.

Colin I get mixed opinion's about putting a 1 piece in, one shop says its to long of a length then one shop says its fine. My centee bearing is going bad again fyi :-(

I love my driveshaft from them. One piece 1/8 wall 5" of.
One of the best things I ever did to my driveline. 40k and still has the same joints it came with..

Aluminum. If you had a steel shaft made that long it would have to be like 8 to 10 inch diameter to balance.. the aluminum is the only way to go.

That one peice al shaft would be nice if you don't mind spending the money, but the standard 2 peice works perfect, you have an issue causing the carrier bearing to fail. I've never seen a problem with the factory 2peice unless running alot of lift. .

No lift. I'm going to get one made soon I don't want buy another bearing and have pressed its about $100 everything. I put newmotor mounts in. I have the transmount waiting to go in also.
