Oil clearance/ oil pressure for 1200hp plus

Built a 6.7 long block and I plan on daily driving it. Order the mahle bearing with extra .001" clearance, after double checking all rods were around .0038"- .0042". Started the truck for a hot re torque and seen oil pressure was at 50psi. Usually it's around 80psi cold. After oil temp reached 170°F oil pressure was at 16psi, usually it'll be 20psi warm. I live in Canada, so it gets cold and so I use 5w40, but that should only effect cold starts. Is my oil pressure fine with my clearance? I'm a little worried about it now.

I didn't like 5w40 in my wore out 12v, bit more noise. Go 20w50 or 15w50. Or look for a 15w40 on the thick end of spec.

T6 5w40 is at the thin end of 40 spec if you look at the 100cst.
