Ruthless Racing Mega Cab

Hey people, I'm not sure if many or any of you knew Kenny Poppell on here or in person...we've pulled his mega cab out of hiding after sitting for more than a year after his death to bring it back to its former glory. I'm not very if at all versed in diesel motors and looking for some help on trouble shooting an issue or two. Truck is throwing high fuel rail pressure even with the PowerPuck off. The banjo bolt on the relief valve is stuck and I'll have a new one tomorrow, I guess my first question is...When I remove the banjo bolt should I see diesel in the relief valve?

I would get a mod to move this to Dodge Tech section.

If there is fuel there then it has been releasing pressure. As for the high rail pressure, check the FCA and RP connectors of the wiring harness. I had a similar issue and it turned out to be the FCA connector. Snedge on here can get you the parts quickly and painlessly. Here is the link to my thread to see if you have similar issues.

unhook the puck and see if it throws the code again. Have a way to clear the code?
