Right now the puller has 4.10 gears in it. I just bought the 4.88 gears for both the dana 60 & 80 that are in the truck. I have a yukon grizzly locker for 35 spline axles in the 60 that said 4.10 and lower and the yukon spool I have in the rear said 4.10 & higher. My question is will I have a problem bolting 4.88 gears on either carrier?
 
So the 4.88 gears should work fine on the spool but for the locker in the dana 60 I will need the thick 4.88 gear set since it is for 4.10 and lower from what I have read. Correct?
 
Yes either thick ring gear or a ring gear spacer. I think I have a brand new spacer with bolts if your interested pm me. I bought it then decided just to use a spool in the front too.
