Question for any of yall who have lowered their 4x4's. I'm looking at running a 305/50r20 tire, and i'm wondering what for backspacing would work? I only took out about 1.5" on the front, but probably will try to take more out if i can. I was looking at a certain rim, but the only 2 sizes were
20x9 w/ 5.71 BS, +18mm offset OR
20x10 w/ 4.56 BS/-24mm.
The only other issue i was thinking of is that the 20x9 is only rated for 2500lbs, 20x10 for 3600lbs, and the tire i want is for 3000ish. Seems like the 20x10 is going to rub a bunch right? But 2500lbs seems somewhat weak, If i'm gonna pull anything.
Anyone care to share what they are running for rims/tires on a lowered 2nd gen 4x4?
