Tons of them in the tractor pulling side of things. They seem to live a longer life than the s400’s.

I sled pulled with one in a local 2.6” bushing class we run in CA, 15 or so passes over the last 2 years at 50+ psi. No issues. Only modifications were a billet drop in compressor wheel and a 360 thrust bearing.

Anywhere between 40-80 so I’ve been told.

I ran one on my truck with a 1.01 T4 housing for about a month, got it cheap because of a chipped turbine wheel, just wanted to see if I liked running a big single. I had a blast with that setup, the charger came up surprisingly quick both staging and from a roll. I was able to make useable boost by 2k and it pulled hard from about 2500 to 4k. The particular turbo I ran came off a junkyard truck and got passed around quite a bit. It took a beating from each previous owner and was still surprisingly tight when I took it off my truck. The only downside I saw was that it's hard to come off the pedal without barking the turbo but I got used to it.

Just found out mine is a 1.10 T6, so I might need some spool help

How do you like it compared to the s472 you are running now? Did you just swap turbos?

The Garrett seemed to come up a little quicker but it was really easy to bark when letting off. Hard to say which one I liked more, all in all they seem pretty closely matched going off seat of the pants feel.
