It's called the EPA and it's got everyone running skeered right now. The powerful agency has got their hands in everyones pocket and pretty soon they will tell you what size tire you can put on your truck. To big makes too much pollution you know. so I'm up for a Tea Party if everyone else is!!!!!

Tea Party? im in for a damn kegger... think SEMA would be interested if we got enough people... check the staging line forum for my post ANGRY... i dunno if people are motivated enough for this, it wouldnt take too much work on our half... SEMA and companies like edge, superchips, Ind. injection, bully dog... gasps... banks would probably be online for this... where the hell is that Colin BANKS?

Well, the point is that you do not fully own the vehicle until you have paid for it in full. If a truck is past the warranty coverage then mod away I say. But if it's still under warranty one should not be so upset when the dealer has an issue with a mod that they don't approve of, or if someone screws up their truck because of it. The dealer should still proove the mod caused the problem though. Doesn't the magnusson moss act say that or are there some loopholes?

yep, M-Moss does require the mod to have a direct correlation between the issue at hand and the mod... however to refute. it is true that if you didnt pay off your truck you dont own it, Dodge, GM or Ford doesn't own it either... the financing co. you dealt with does..

my issue is that these companies are making it hard for us to even begin to modify... You want to put a turbo back ext on your new GM, Dodge, Ford... too bad, you'll throw codes left and right and may run into performance issues... that sucks, you have to agree.
