hi, got a s362sxe here, the wheel are in the end of his life, i got a cast 63mm wheel here, if i machine the cover to 63mm. does it it 100% bolt on?

both wheel are on 68mm turbine

not quite. the 63mm wheel has a larger exducer. same as the 64.5 so you will have to open the pocket up in the bearing housing as well. i can get you a billet replacement for your 62 if you would like.
