Street sport governor spring kit

Found a 3k and 4k spring Street sport kit on eBay for $66.95 and a pac brake kit for 100. The street sport says it's manufactured in the u.s.a, I was just wondering if anyone else has used either one and what you opinions on the quality was.

I don't have any experience with that brand but the pacbrake springs I had went in the trash. They wouldn't idle well and wouldn't run well over 3k. When I pulled them I actually measured them ,both springs od the same size should measure the same height , none of them were close. They should be ground to sit flat on the base, none of them did that. I bought some good springs from Farrell Diesel, set them up once and no more issues.

Only springs to run are a factory Bosch spring.
