2000 f350 4x4 7.3 auto trans issues

I was driving down the freeway and it did a slight stutter and lost all gears. No bang, clunk, no noise whatsoever. It was like it just kicked into neutral or lost the convertor ir something. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks y'all

you could have an output shaft, transfer case, or differential issue.

If you have park then maybe the torque converter, input shaft, or overdrive planetary.
