is the 354 perkins sleeved?

well i have tried google before i came here, and ia only saw one thing mentioning it had dry sleeved, i just want to know if anyone on here knows for sure.
 
Yes, they are a dry sleeve. It usually takes a pretty good puller to get them out, but its pretty easy to do an in frame on one with the correct sleeve puller.
 
If they won't come out...lay a bead of weld down the inside of them, and that should help. It will shrink them up just a bit, and they should come out.

A good sleeve puller is your best friend with a dry sleeve engine though!
